SHARING IN SIGHTs’ mission is to bring joy to others around the world by helping them "see" the beauty of it by enriching their lives through humanitarian efforts giving people the wonderful possibility of the gift of sight. Imagine…close your e yes for just 5 minutes… what would it be like without vision? Getting dressed for the day, getting to work, doing your job, watching your kids play sports, or not even seeing your loved ones. Then…imagine opening your eyes and being able to see all of that and so much more. Now…imagine if not being able to see was your world and it didn’t have to be. In countries such as Peru, many residents suffer from corrective vision issues such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes and many other treatable eye diseases. Some may just need eyeglasses. Our goal is to provide them with outstanding medical care in a safe environment by sharing our trained skills, time and resources. Our promise is to develop relationships working alongside the people there with sensitivity, mutual respect and honor. Our group of Doctors along with their support team will diagnose, treat and comfort those that s uffer from many of these eye diseases and visual problems. We will emphasize quality eye care in order to achieve our goals and our promises in giving those less fortunate the "gift of sight". SHARING IN SIGHT encourages you to join us on this incredible mission by being part of something much larger than ourselves. By making a donation, giving your time or simply sending us good wishes through conversation or prayer. It all matters and it all counts! Just think what we can do by "seeing” these possibilities together! Perhaps we will all see things more clearly.
Thank you for opening your hearts to Sharing In Sight.
